PHR: Recertification credits provided worldwide. Each course is eligible for 1-2 hours of credit toward PHR recertification. To earn credit toward PHR recertification for a course, you must pass the final exam with a score of 80% or higher, answering at least 8 out of 10 questions correctly.

Courses eligible for Global credit are indicated with "Global." All courses are eligible for HR (General) credit.

To Obtain Continuing Education Credits:

  1. Order a course bundle on the HR Courses page.
  2. Enter the course using the Start Course button.
  3. Read through the course and take the Memory Jogger quizzes.
  4. Take the exam at the end of the course.
  5. Go to your Training History to see your certificate. It shows the credit you have earned and for SHRM and HRCI, it has the codes you need.
