ERI’s sync functionality allows you to update your Employee List in Compensation Management easily. It automatically pulls information from your HCM/HRIS platform, seamlessly adding new employee records, updating existing employees’ compensation, and removing those who are no longer active, saving you time and ensuring accuracy.

What Will Be Synced?

Once connected, the integration will update current employee information, internal job titles, add new employee records, and remove inactive employee records from ERI’s platform. You’ll be able to selectively match fields from your HRIS to fields in our Compensation Management system.

Note: The sync is only one way – data flows from your HRIS into ERI.
