What’s New in ERI’s Compensation Analytics Series. ERI continues to add features to its cloud-based Assessor Series® based on customer requests.
New Product Updates
- Export a Total Rewards Statement for an individual employee or all employees in a department in Compensation Management.
- Get updated Salary Trend Rates with flexible growth modeling using AI.
- Define pay grade structures and assign jobs to grades using ERI’s new AI Pay Grade Creation tool.
- Get survey data on benefits offered, health care coverage, and paid time off (PTO) in Canada and the United States.
- Customize geographic differentials to a selected industry sector in the Geographic Assessor’s Cost of Labor List.
- Sync pay grade structures and pay grades to jobs in your Employee List in Compensation Management.
- Use the new HRIS sync to integrate employee data from your HRIS provider with ERI’s Compensation Management platform.
- Create AI-generated job descriptions and use AI-powered job matching to match your internal job titles to ERI job titles.
- Visualize overall differences in compensation for selected groups in Pay Equity.
- Use the new Direct Oversight adjustment to apply pay premiums to a job based on the number of direct reports assigned to the role.
- Update employee compensation to align with market data, pay grade midpoint, or pay grade range using the new Employee Pay Alignment report.
- Plan benefits administration, including health & wellness benefits, financial & retirement benefits, time-off & leave benefits, mandatory benefits, and additional benefits.
- Import and classify your third-party surveys, compare them with ERI Assessor Series data, and use job-level market pricing tools in Survey Management.
- Export new notification reports for violations related to FLSA, minimum wage, pay grade and market index, and merit over/under.
- View pay grade metrics to analyze progressions, ranges, market rates of jobs in grades, and adherence to market.
- View total compensation data in the Salary Assessor, including long-term incentives and equity compensation.
- Identify issues with internal compensation at the job or employee level, check for pay compression, and examine pay equity for protected groups.
New Survey Data
- ERI now updates data twice per quarter, approximately every 6 weeks.
- ERI has added 226 new skills and 5 new certifications for customized adjustments to compensation analyses (effective April 1, 2026).
- ERI has added 140 new jobs titles in the Salary Assessor, 19 new job titles in the Executive Compensation Assessor, 122 new job titles in the Global Salary Calculator, and 130 new job titles in the Occupational Assessor (effective April 1, 2026).
- The Salary Assessor includes 4 new cities in China, 1 new city in the Czech Republic, 1 new city in Malaysia, and 1 new city in Taiwan (effective January 1, 2026).
- The Geographic Assessor includes 3 new cities in Slovenia (effective April 1, 2026).
- The Relocation Assessor includes 3 new cities in Slovenia (effective April 1, 2026).
- The Global Salary Calculator includes 6 new cities in Tunisia and 5 new cities in Slovenia (effective April 1, 2026).
