Problem Statement

Sharleene wants to hire someone to implement accessibility standards at her growing company. She is not sure whether the job title would be Accessibility Assistant or Accessibility Specialist. She wants someone who can grow into a bigger role over time and as the organization expands. Accessibility needs are currently minimal but expected to increase over the next five years and the new hire would have to work on their own and handle all aspects of accessibility.
