Particular Weight

In FLSA exempt employee determinations, when determining whether an employee's suggestions and recommendations are given "particular weight", the factors to consider include, but are not limited to, whether it is part of the employee’s job duties to make such suggestions and recommendations; frequency with which such suggestions and recommendations are made, requested, and the extent to which they are relied upon.
