Using the DOT
The Dictionary of Occupational Titles is generally used in hardcopy form. It is no longer available for purchase at the Federal government bookstore, but it can be purchased from individual vendors at: www.amazon.com. It may also be found in most public libraries. Unwieldy when first printed, this 2-volume set is still cumbersome today. Some single volume editions are available.
