Renewal Provision

A stipulation in an individual health policy that discusses the conditions upon which the insurer will not renew coverage, can cancel the coverage or can increase the premium. Also, an individual life insurance policy stipulation that allows the policy owner to continue coverage at the end of the term without going through evidence of insurability.
