Course Overview

First, we will go over the basics of total rewards to establish a general understanding of the programs and their components. Then we will review issues related to regulations, compliance, and going paperless. Finally, we will explain how HR platforms can enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the HR department and the benefits (with some warnings) that AI brings to the table.
