An example of executive survey data can be found in ERI's Executive Compensation Assessor®.
Unlike traditional salary surveys, which provide a snapshot of the past for a limited number of positions in limited industries, ERI's Executive Compensation Assessor reports competitive salaries, cash incentives, and equity awards based on adjustable salary planning dates. The tool provides total cash compensation for more than 1,900 top management positions in over 1,100 industries and allows the retrieval of source documents such as 10-Ks, annual reports, information circulars, proxies, or Form 990s.
Data may be adjusted for:
- organization size such as market cap, EPS, revenue, total assets
- industry
- geographic location
- compensation valuation date
