Job Summary

Description:
  • Monitors all operations to ensure customer and employee adherence to laws, regulations, internal controls, and company policies and procedures using mirrors above the floor, view from the cashier's cage, audio/video systems and other surveillance equipment.
  • Detects, records, and catalogs any suspicious, unsafe or illegal behaviors.
  • Informs supervisor of any suspicious behavior and other issues as they occur.
