Description:
  • Manages and oversees the activities of the Occupational Health Department.
  • Heads the Occupational Health team, and develops and coordinates regional internal and external occupational health resources.
  • Consults with the Occupational Nurse and/or Physician regarding patient assessments, care provided, new services, and other relevant information.
  • Collaborates with others to anticipate and control occupational health risks and to meet OSHA regulatory and governance requirements.
  • Develops and conducts training programs to promote employee safety in the workplace.
  • Conducts regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any health or safety hazards.
