If an online course for which an exam has been purchased is discontinued and removed from the website before a customer has a chance to complete it, the cutomer will be offered a full refund or a free course of equal value. A refund for a course bundle purchase will only be made if the exams for the courses have not been taken. Even taking a single exam in a bundle will make the purchase nonrefundable.
Refund requests are greatly facilitated if accompanied by a copy of an emailed invoice. Refunded fees will cause all records to be purged from ERI files; no credits will be awarded. For course refunds, please contact ERI's Customer Service Department at [email protected]
Credit card refund will be processed within two business days of receipt of a refund request. If this requirement is not met, please contact us so we can follow up with the credit card company.
To receive ERI Distance Learning Center credit for the CAC and CCC, and NASBA Registry CPE credit, a user must pass the online final exams within 1 year of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that courses are completed in a timely manner. No refunds will be offered for course exams that have expired.
