Term: Rewards System

Definition:As companies look for better ways to attract, retain and motivate good employees, as much as money is important, it has been shown that both job seekers and employees value advancement possibilities, personal recognition and learning, and rank those highly on lists of today's best companies attributes lists. The rewards system is a compensation method/package, which includes all of those attributes.
