Overview | Many organizations find it necessary to relocate employees. A relocation may be moving a young, single new hire who rents across the state, moving a senior employee with a family and a home across the country, and everything in between. In some cases, it may involve a move to another country. This course teaches you what you need to take into consideration when relocating an employee. You will learn how to anticipate the costs involved, prepare an employee and their family for a move, provide assistance selling and buying a home, establish household goods moving policies, and create a plan to assist a relocating employee moving to a higher cost-of-living location. There will also be a discussion of the importance of geographical salary structures. |
