Overview | Regression analysis may be used in compensation administration to create a model that can be used to determine salary based on one or more independent variables such as area, experience, revenue, performance, and industry. In this course, you will learn some of the basics of quantitative methods such as distributions, standard deviation, standard error, and correlation. Then you will be shown how to use linear and multiple regression to analyze and predict pay to create more rational and competitive wage structures for your organization. You will also learn how to use Excel to perform multiple regression analysis. |
