Overview | If your organization has branch offices, you will need to know what salary structure works best for them. In this course, you will learn how to determine whether your organization should apply its headquarters’ structure directly to the branch office, adjust the headquarters’ structure, or develop a new structure entirely. Different geographic salary and cost-of-living levels affect the branch office salary structure, and you will learn how to adjust pay policy to take these variables into account. You will also learn how pay policy impacts pay ranges and how salary grades help to maintain internal pay equity. Then branch-office structures for major U.S. cities and suburbs are analyzed. Canadian and international structures are also covered. |
