Overview | The focus of this course is the design and development of a single market-based salary structure. An organization may use such a salary structure to gain a competitive position to attract, retain, motivate, and engage its workforce. You will learn how to be externally competitive by creating a market-priced salary structure using regression analysis. The course will demonstrate how to evaluate every job in the organization or, alternatively, only the benchmark jobs for which competitive market data is available. You will then learn how to implement a salary structure and administer salary increases. Finally, you will learn how to update, evaluate, and maintain the structure over time. |
