Your company has been introducing a new line of plastic products and your sales staff in South America does not know how to sell it. You have an employee, Jeffrey Bellow, who has proven to be extremely effective at training sales personnel on how to sell this product.

Jeffrey will be the Area Sales Manager for South America for 3 years. He will be located in Brasilia, Brazil. His base salary will be 98,000 British pounds. Jeffrey lives in Dudley, United Kingdom, and has a wife and one child.

The Bellows currently:

  • rent a 1,100 sq. ft. flat
  • have one car worth 23,000 British pounds
  • drive their car about 16,000 kilometers/year (10,000 miles/year)
