Description: Coordinates program activities to ensure alignment with specified objectives and goals. Supports the planning and development of methods and procedures for program implementation. Aids in directing and coordinating program activities under the guidance of Program Managers. Participates in the selection of personnel based on relevant knowledge and experience in program-related areas. Collaborates with staff to clarify program goals and individual responsibilities. Supports the implementation of program objectives through coordination and oversight of activities. Reviews activity reports and records to monitor progress towards program objectives. Assists in preparing program reports for review by superiors. Supports budgetary control by monitoring expenditures in accordance with allocated funds.
