Description: Manages and coordinates activities of an engineering team responsible for improving the efficiencies of processes, methods, and procedures relating to services, equipment, assembly, and new product integration. Plans and oversees activities and staff responsible for business and/or systems process analysis, design, implementation, execution, or operational management. Analyzes existing processes, procedures, and methods to ensure and promote effective business and systems operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance, or other possible methods. Performs evaluations and experiments, and collects data to support products or services. Documents all experiments and/or procedures, and reviews documentation for accuracy and completeness. Writes experience reports detailing experimental design, results, and conclusions, and presents them to appropriate departments and management for review and comments
