Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes. Designs, and may direct engineering personnel in, fabrication of test control apparatus and equipment, and determines methods, procedures, and conditions for testing products. Excludes paraprofessionals.
