Description: Directs the overall management of construction projects, including construction of buildings of all types of public, residential, commercial, and industrial structures, roads, memorials, and bridges; and oversees the projects from development to completion. Manages the planning, materials, building, and budget of a construction projects; and negotiates and provides cost estimates. Selects appropriate construction methods and strategies; and schedules and coordinates construction processes so that projects meet design specifications. Plans and sets project objectives, goals, and deadlines; and develops schedules for obtaining them.
