Description: Edits and refines animated content by assembling, timing, and enhancing visuals and sound elements to align with the creative vision of a production. Works with directors, storyboard artists, and production teams to build animatics, ensuring seamless transitions, pacing, and narrative flow. Controls video editing, media organization, and sound integration, including placing dialogue, inserting sound effects, and creating temp music tracks to establish tone and rhythm. Reviews, updates, and maintains animatics throughout production, incorporating new assets such as layouts, animations, and final compositions. Ensures technical accuracy by tracking shot updates, synchronizing audio with visuals, and maintaining organized project files for smooth workflow. Facilitates screenings and feedback sessions, making necessary adjustments based on creative input. Optimizes the animation pipeline by preparing deliverables for distribution, ensuring all assets meet industry standards and production deadlines. Applies strong storytelling skills, technical expertise, and attention to detail to enhance the quality and effectiveness of animated content.
