Acts as the first point of contact for trade-related queries from trading desks, counterparties, and custodians, and resolves breaks and exceptions swiftly. Collaborates with technology teams to improve workflows, automate manual tasks, and implement control enhancements. Supports front-office teams with ad hoc reporting, portfolio analysis, and operational projects as needed. Identifies and escalates operational risks or control gaps. Contributes to system testing and enhancements for middle office tools.
