Establishments primarily engaged in the operation of apartment buildings, defined as structures containing five or more housing units. Sample business functions include operating apartment buildings, apartment hotels, residential hotels, and retirement hotels.

Establishments primarily engaged in the operation of dwellings with four or fewer housing units. Sample business functions include operating residential buildings and dwellings with four or fewer housing units.

Establishments primarily engaged in leasing real property not elsewhere classified. Sample business functions include airport leasing (excluding airport operations), landholding offices, and lessors of property excluding railroads, buildings, or mobile home sites.
