  • Manages and coordinates the daily operations of a user experience (UX) team who perform usability testing, writing, research, ideation, diagramming, and design.
  • Oversees employees, monitoring external research, standards, inventions, trends, and design concepts for potential business opportunities and improvements to meet the organization's determined needs and business objectives.
  • Develops, grows, and inspires a user experience design team and processes, creating user experience visual designs, strategies, guidelines, and standards.
  • Plans innovative changes to UX design, information architecture, strategy, development processes, and organizational capabilities/structure.
