Description:
  • Assesses existing rates, regulations, and proposed or approved changes in rates.
  • Proposes changes in rates and charges, including preparation of rate studies, to support the costs of production and distribution, the analysis of changes in demand for services, and the preparation of long-range revenue and expenditure forecasts, including review of capital plans and debt service requirements.
  • Uses considerable independent judgment, and general direction to perform work.
  • Excludes positions at the paraprofessional level.
