Description:
  • Controls pests such as insects, rodents, rabbits, possums and pest birds in parks and reserves, on farmland, and in urban areas.
  • Inspects buildings, industrial land, farmland, houses, gardens, parks, and reserves for any signs of pests.
  • Pinpoints pests causing damage and ascertains extent of pest problem.
  • Figures and prepares treatment necessary to fix the problem.
  • Lays bait, sprayed chemicals, and sets traps.
  • Advises people how to keep properties and buildings free from animal and insect pests.
