Description:
  • Reviews, audits, and analyzes the effectiveness of one or more functions or processes in the Nursing Department of a medical facility, which may include measurement or design processes, supply maintenance, scheduling and time management, trends, and/or service levels.
  • Collects and analyzes data from various sources, and develops methods to communicate and report results and all required information to upper management, colleagues, customers, and other departments.
  • Troubleshoots found issues, and creates and/or recommends innovative solutions which are aligned with objectives of facility.
