Job Summary

Description:
  • Oversees, organizes, and coordinates the day-to-day department operational and activities of the Occupational Therapy Department in a clinic, hospital, or other institution.
  • Develops and administers therapy programs to improve and preserve mental, physical, or emotional abilities for patients with the goal of them eventually living and independent, productive, and satisfying life.
  • Manages staff of supervisors and therapists, gives technical direction, and delegates staff responsibilities.
  • Requires current licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
