Description:
  • Manages computer systems or coordinates human resources portions of computer systems designed to support human resources information and administrative needs.
  • Oversees preparation of programs to process data and solve human resources problems by use of computers; computer systems support may be mainframe, mini, and/or personal computers.
  • Analyzes, designs, develops, tests, and implements programs to meet special and on-going needs of humans resources information, getting user input.
  • Anticipates future human resources needs and ensures computer systems are in place to meet future needs of the organization.
