Description:
  • Leads and controls the outflow and inflow of inventory, as well as shipment, loading, and storage activities in a company.
  • Assists in developing and initiating control policies and procedures and in planning activities that relate to inventory control in the organization.
  • Keeps track of large amounts of inventory using computerized inventory systems, and ensures all items are appropriately received and stored.
  • Maintains accurate inventory levels, makes ordering decisions for goods, and ensures the optimal inventory is ready for use.
