Description:
  • Oversees all phases of import and export transactions, provides guidance for trade compliance regulations and policies/procedures, oversees licensing and compliance matters, and coordinates export licensing and requirements.
  • Develops, supports, manages, and implements a company's export authorizations, compliance manual, and effective import-export compliance program under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
