Job Summary

Description:
  • Coordinates and provides expertise on environmental matters pertaining to a project or an organization.
  • Enhances the conditions of the environment, including air and water and alleviating pollution as well as other factors that affect the state of the environment; and aids in implementing sustainability efforts.
  • Observes and collects samples of food, soil, water, and air; conducts studies; and reports about environmental conditions.
  • Researches and examines sources of pollution and hazards; calculates findings, analyzes data, creates and proposes ways to eliminate pollution and hazards, and develops reports and presentations related to the organization's environmental regulatory compliance mission.
