  • Heads the daily activities and direction of an Enterprise Operations unit and its equipment, carrying out the group's operational planning and execution objectives.
  • Manages operations activities and projects, computer operations, data entry, data control, operations support, and/or operating systems programming.
  • Provides overall enterprise-level network system administration, planning, support, maintenance, and management.
  • Oversees quality assurance, documentation, and administration of the Enterprise Operations team.
