Description:
  • Supervises and oversees employee activities which may include programs and services, such as fundraising social activities, service award programs, physical fitness and wellness programs including arranging for physical examinations, first aid, and other medical attention, alcohol and substance abuse programs, employee assistance programs, service award programs, new employee orientation, libraries, lunchrooms, operation and maintenance of recreational facilities, and educational programs.
  • Recommends measures to improve methods, performance, and quality service, and suggests changes in working conditions to increase efficiency.
