Collaborates cross-functionally to elicit requirements, reimagine processes with agents at the center, and translate business objectives into robust technical designs. Maintains an agent evaluation and observability platform to measure behavior, detect regressions, and govern releases. Considers security, privacy, and compliance throughout the lifecycle and ensures solutions align with organizational standards and change-management practices.
