Description:
  • Directs, organizes, and schedules administrative functions for the organization.
  • Oversees multifunctional support responsibilities such as, but not limited to, administrative functions, data and telecommunications, facilities management, human resources services, insurance, office services, purchasing, security, mail and messenger services, office clerical and support services, printing, and cafeteria services, etc.
  • Develops short- and long-term strategic plans for the department, and identifies resources and opportunities for department growth and improvement.
  • Collaborates with organization officials to plan business objectives, to develop organizational policies, and to coordinate functions.
