Skilled Nursing and Residential Care Facilities
Establishments primarily engaged in providing inpatient nursing and rehabilitative services to patients who require ongoing health care but not hospital-level services. This includes facilities certified to deliver skilled nursing care under Medicare and Medicaid. Sample business functions include convalescent homes with continuous nursing care, extended care facilities, mental retardation hospitals, and skilled nursing homes.
