Sample business functions include processed chickens (fresh, frozen, canned, or cooked), chicken slaughtering and dressing, processed ducks (fresh, frozen, canned, or cooked), duck slaughtering and dressing, egg albumen, egg substitutes made from eggs, canned, dehydrated, desiccated, frozen, and processed eggs, as well as egg drying, freezing, and breaking. Additionally, this industry includes the production of poultry frankfurters and small game (fresh, frozen, canned, or cooked).
