Establishments of health practitioners engaged in health fields not elsewhere classified. Practitioners may be licensed or certified depending on the state or province in which they practice. This industry also includes clinics operated by such practitioners. Sample business functions include offices of acupuncturists (except M.D.s), audiologists, Christian Science practitioners, dental hygienists, dieticians, hypnotists, registered inhalation therapists, midwives, naturopaths, and registered and practical nurses (excluding home health).
