OverviewWith the right combination of benefits and cash compensation, an organization can position itself to attract and retain the employees it needs to thrive. Providing benefits is a big cost to any organization so it’s important to know what the available options are to carefully plan a compensation package that meets an organization’s strategic goals. There are required benefits and those that are provided at the discretion of the employer; some of these have become such a fixture in benefits packages that some employees believe they are required. This course will look at how to build a strategic benefits program incorporating the many elements available to the planner keeping in mind that cost control is essential. And finally, the course will look at how to implement and manage a benefits program.
