  • Evaluates and exercises site safety and compliance with regulatory bodies, including OSHA safety law, and organizational procedures and policies.
  • Removes and isolates workplace safety hazards in accordance with general hazard removal methodologies and procedures.
  • Identifies and resolves workplace malpractice and safety concerns in daily operations.
  • Oversees and coordinates daily site operations, schedules employees and contractors.
  • Monitors project progress and adjusts schedules of employees/contractors, staffing requirements, and equipment inventory in accordance with budget constraints and project timelines.
  • Maintains adequate project supplies to maintain project schedule.
  • Orders and procures project materials, negotiates logistics and contracts with suppliers.
