  • Monitors surveillance systems, alarms, and video equipment in the global security operations center (GSOC).
  • Works with other business units and acts as a liaison during emergencies, crisis response, and conveying business information.
  • Performs maintenance and repairs to security equipment and all access control to ensure they are working properly.
  • Responds to emergencies and safety incidents and contacts security officers, police, fire, or medical enforcements as required.
  • Completes incident reports and work orders and assists with investigations.
