Description: Monitors and documents an organization's manufacturing process to improve its production quality, efficiency, speed, and quality control. Concepts and engineers solutions to mechanical and process-oriented problems surrounding production malfunctions. Writes testing procedures for equipment and tools that sufficiently identify malfunctions and deficiencies. Confirms that implemented solutions are timely and effective in solving issues in equipment. Evaluates the effectiveness of mechanical and process solutions, and measures for compatibility towards similar processes. Documents all findings in solutions development and implementation.
