Description: Analyzes the significance of the proposed changes to documents to guide change initiators in developing accurate change requests and provide recommendations for improvement. Reviews standard operating procedures and updates current logs, forms, and other quality records for good documentation practices and adequacy of referenced procedures and part numbers. Executes, analyzes, and tracks change order submissions to minimize processing time between submission and implementation. Coordinates the electronic, printing, and distribution process for drawings and documents. Maintains a computer database of filed documentation and ensures efficient access to documents.
