Description: Coordinates construction project equipment and staff scheduling and communication, utilizing knowledge and understanding of all construction phases, following instructions and pre-established guidelines. Documents, maintains, and updates construction details related to budgets, estimates, scheduling, timelines, project progress, obstacles, and obstacle resolution. Oversees construction costs, and ensures the project stays on budget. Coordinates and manages the acquisition and organization of building products and materials. Monitors construction progress, ensures materials, equipment, and workers are available for each phase of the project and on schedule for project completion.
