All paid transactions, test records, online course records, and correspondence are kept for no less than 5 years at ERI Distance Learning Center, 111 Academy, Suite 270, Irvine, 92617. Contact (800) 627-3697 or send an email to contact.dlc@erieri.com for more information.

These records include all of the following:

  1. course outline
  2. amount of recommended continuing education credit
  3. list of all participants completing the online course
  4. the continuing education credits earned by each participant
  5. the dates of the period during which the online course was available
  6. copies of participant online course evaluations
  7. evidence of compliance with responsibilities set out under the standards for continuing professional education programs

The ERI Distance Learning Center is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: https://www.nasbaregistry.org/

ERI Economic Research Institute is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®
