All paid transactions, test records, online course records, and correspondence are kept for no less than 5 years at ERI Distance Learning Center. Contact (800) 627-3697 or send an email to [email protected] for more information.

These records include all of the following:

  1. course outline
  2. amount of recommended continuing education credit
  3. list of all participants completing the online course
  4. the continuing education credits earned by each participant
  5. the dates of the period during which the online course was available
  6. copies of participant online course evaluations
  7. evidence of compliance with responsibilities set out under the standards for continuing professional education programs
