OverviewThis course teaches you how to manage long-term international assignments based on the balance sheet approach for international assignees. Typically these assignments have a duration from one year to five years. It covers how to select employees for these assignments, how to develop a compensation and relocation package including allowances, and home and host country taxation. Keeping the employee whole is addressed since the employee should not be penalized financially for accepting a long-term international assignment.
