Overview | Multinational organizations need to have well thought out global compensation practices to support expatriate assignments. This course teaches you how to compensate employees who accept expatriate assignments. It covers how to select employees for such assignments, how to compensate them with allowances, and how to manage their home and host country taxation. Keeping the employee whole is stressed, since he or she should not be penalized financially for accepting an expatriate assignment. |
