Why obtain CBP, GRP, CCP, WLCP certification?
Human Resources and compensation professionals are not required to obtain state licenses for their practice. To prove their expertise and develop greater knowledge in their fields, they must pursue their own continuing education. The ERI Distance Learning Center (DLC) and WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals both provide venues for Human Resources, compensation, and benefits professionals' development.
WorldatWork serves as a standard bearer in the field of compensation and benefits administration. Obtaining the WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals CCP certification demonstrates to your peers and employers that you are committed to staying on the cutting edge of your profession.
Each WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals certification exam has approximately 100 multiple-choice questions that test your knowledge of compensation, benefits, and work-life practices. WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals offers a 2-day preparation course prior to each exam. These WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals courses are offered worldwide, providing training on GRP, CBP, CCP, WLCP certification exam topics.
These preparation courses are not required. You may also prepare for the exams through self-study.
